Mintesnot Mechal is a Co-Founder and Partner of the Firm, bringing more than a decade of combined experience in legal academia and professional practice. He currently serves as a law lecturer, contributing to the advancement of legal scholarship and the professional development of future lawyers in Ethiopia, while maintaining an active and dynamic legal practice. His academic engagement reinforces his work with a rigorous, research-driven, and analytically precise approach to complex legal matters.
As an advocate, he advises and represents corporate and individual clients in corporate, taxation, and contract law before courts and administrative tribunals. He is valued for translating sophisticated legal principles into clear, commercially practical strategies that protect client interests and manage regulatory risk. He holds an LL.B. from Bahir Dar University and an LL.M. in Commercial Law from Hawassa University.
